We ship to addresses across the United States. International shipping availability varies by country and is subject to local customs restrictions.
- Delivery Estimates: Shipping and delivery dates are estimated at checkout based on item availability and your selected shipping carrier.
- Shipping Rates: Our shipping rates are weight-based. The estimated physical weight of any item can be found on its specific product detail page. To align with our shipping providers, all final weights are rounded up to the next full pound.
- Tracking: A shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent automatically as soon as your package leaves our facility.
Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges Policy
1. Custom & Personalized Items
Due to the permanent nature of laser engraving, personalized, custom-made, or custom-designed items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change-of-mind reasons. Please double-check all text spellings, dates, and design options carefully before finalizing your order.
2. Non-Personalized Items
For our standard, non-personalized inventory items, you may return the item in its new, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Your satisfaction is our absolute priority. If your item arrives defective, damaged during transit, or with an engraving error made on our part, we will correct the issue immediately.
- Please Contact Us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photograph of the item's condition.
- If a return or replacement is required due to our error, American Laser Creations will cover all return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return package is handed over to the shipping carrier, please allow up to 4 weeks for the full processing cycle to complete (though refunds are frequently issued much faster):
- Transit Time: 5 to 10 business days for us to receive the package from the carrier.
- Inspection & Processing: 3 to 5 business days to review the item at our workshop.
- Bank Processing: 5 to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the funds back to your original payment method.
