At American Laser Creations LLC, we take great pride in our hand-crafted, custom laser engravings. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help you resolve your issue efficiently.
- 30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the official date your package was marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier to request a return or report an issue. To remain eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same pristine condition in which they were received, and stored in their original packaging.
- Custom and Personalized Items
- Custom Engraved Products: Because personalized goods feature permanent text, corporate logos, or custom graphics unique to individual clients, these pieces cannot be resold. Therefore, custom-ordered engravings cannot be returned or refunded due to customer typos, buyer's remorse, or style changes.
- Defects or Merchant Error: If we make an engraving mistake that deviates from your submitted order specifications, or if the product arrives physically defective, we will gladly manufacture and ship a corrected replacement piece at absolutely zero cost to you.
- How to Initiate a Return or Replacement
To open a return request, please follow these steps:

- State your full name, order number, and the specific item(s) you wish to return.
- If an item arrived damaged or incorrectly engraved, please attach clear digital photos of the product error and packaging defects so we can fast-track your resolution.
- Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Damaged Orders: If a return or exchange is required due to structural damage during shipping or an internal engraving mistake, American Laser Creations LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label via email.
- Standard Returns: For eligible non-customized product returns (change of mind), customers are responsible for covering all return freight and shipping label costs.
- Refund Processing Timeline
Once your return shipment is received and inspected at our shop, we will send an email confirmation indicating that the item has arrived safely. If approved, your refund will be processed immediately. Credit will automatically be issued back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or PayPal). Please allow 3 to 7 business days for banking institutions to clear and post the funds to your account statement.
- Final Sale Status: All custom-created items, personalized products, and commission-based design projects are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds due to buyer’s remorse, change of mind, or project cancellation.
- Customer Proofing Responsibility: Customers are fully responsible for verifying the accuracy of all customized text, spelling, dates, graphics, and layout selections prior to finalizing their purchase or signing off on a digital proof. We cannot offer refunds or free replacements for errors submitted by the customer.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your custom item arrives with a structural defect, is damaged during transit, or contains a manufacturing error that deviates from your approved order specifications, we will quickly correct the issue. Please email us at info@americanlasercreations.com within 3 business days of delivery with clear photographs of the product defect and packaging. We will gladly fabricate and ship a corrected replacement piece at absolutely zero cost to you.
