- Processing and Production Time
Because we specialize in custom laser engraving, high-fidelity woodwork, and personalized items, our products are made to order.
- Standard Production Time: Please allow 2 to 4 business days for our team to craft, engrave, and pack your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.
- Production time does not include transit schedules, weekends, or federal holidays.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Methods
We offer competitive domestic shipping rates across the United States. Final delivery pricing is calculated dynamically at our secure checkout based on package weight and destination zip code.
- Free Nationwide Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all domestic product orders totaling $30.00 USD or more (before taxes and after discounts are applied).
- Free Local Longmont Delivery: We provide free local shipping for our community residents within Longmont, Colorado. If your destination delivery address qualifies, a "Free Local Delivery" option will display automatically at checkout.
- Shipping Carriers and Estimated Transit Times
Once your order has finished processing, we ship using trusted commercial carriers. Estimated transit windows within the contiguous United States are outlined below:
- Standard Shipping (USPS / UPS Ground): 3 to 6 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days.
Please note: Transit timelines are estimates provided by carriers and are subject to weather, seasonal congestion, or regional logistics delays.
- Order Tracking and Delivery Notifications
As soon as your shipment is dispatched, an automated confirmation message containing a tracking link (USPS or UPS) will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking portal status to refresh.
- Shipping Address Modifications
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the correct delivery address is entered at checkout. Once a package has left our facility and a tracking number is generated, we are unable to redirect or alter the transit destination.
